1. Eliminate forehead lines and wrinkles (Forehead Smoother)

Advantage

Prevent wrinkles by relaxing the forehead muscles and using acupressure (acupuncture, a method similar to acupuncture that uses finger pressure instead of a needle) to relieve tension.

Fist both your hands. Place your middle finger and index finger in the center of your forehead and press.

Keep pushing and pull your arms gently to the sides at the same time.

Finally, gently press your fingers on your temples.

Repeat this exercise 4 more times.



2. Neck Lift

It tightens the neck and jaw and prevents the skin of the neck from sagging and causing wrinkles.

Turn your head in the same direction and at the same time raise your head at an angle of about 45 degrees. You should feel a stretch in your neck.

Hold for 3 seconds.

Repeat the same movement in the opposite direction.




3. Face Lift

It smoothes the lines of laughter and eliminates drooping eyelids and cheeks.

Push the arms up and back to pull both sides of the face up.

Open your mouth and make your lips "O". Pull your jaw down so that your face is stretched and elevated as much as possible.

Hold for 5 seconds. Then repeat this exercise 2 more times.




4. Eliminate drooping eyelids (Eye Lift)

Advantage

Lifts drooping eyelids and loosens sagging skin, smoothes lines of laughter.

Lower your shoulders. Raise one hand straight and then place it on your head and place your fingertips on your forehead.

Gently press the area with your fingertips and pull your face up and back. Then bend your head towards your shoulders.

Stay in that position as you breathe slowly through your mouth.

To take this exercise one step further, extend your other hand at a 45-degree angle and, while exhaling, stick your tongue down and toward the floor.

Repeat the same movements on the other side.



5. The placement of the fingers in the practice of removing drooping eyelids

The location of the fingers is very important in this exercise. So do it in front of a mirror to make sure the exercise is done correctly. In this exercise, the second finger should be in the outer corner of the eyebrow and the third finger should be on the temples. When doing this exercise, you should maintain the position of your fingers.
